Position Posted Qualifications
Production Workers 8/8/2019 All shifts available. Safety operate metal stamping pressess by manually feeding blanks on dies for forming. Completing process cards, check-sheets. Responsible for keeping area clean. Fast-paced work environment. Communicate with coworkers and managers. Capable of talking directives and following instructions.

Tool and Die Maker 8/8/2019 1st and 2nd shift: Must be able to build, repair and maintain any and all required tooling for all production departments. Expertise in reading prints, utilizing GD&T. Must be able to utilize surface grinder, radial arm, Bridgeport – horizontal and vertical, EZ trac or digital read outs, band saw, bench lathe and drill press.

Laser Operator/Programmer 8/8/2019 1st shift: Setup and operate lasers that cut a variety of flat sheet alloys. Includes adjusting laser power and assist gas pressures. Trumpf laser experience a plus. Full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part. Thorough understanding of CNC codes and programming.

Welder 8/8/2019 All shifts: Openings for both Spot welding and MIG/TIG welding methods to complete projects. Able to weld various metals with little or no supervision. Must be able to weld complex fixtures for jobs. Perform basic maintenance of equipment. Able to read and understand blueprints, process sheets and job packets. High school diploma or equivalent. Two year degree in welding trade school and 5 years experience.

Maintence Mechanic 8/8/2019 1st & 2nd shift opening:Must have 5 to 10 years experience in electrical and mechanical repair of equipment. This technician needs to have the ability to trouble shoot and repair the following metal stamping and fabricating equipment: • Punch presses and related peripheral equipment tied to the press• Press brakes, light curtains and back gauges• Shear equipment • Pem Insertion Machines • Machining Centers • Any tool room equipment (lathes, milling machines, surface grinders)

Progressive Die Set-Up 8/8/2019 All shifts: Previous manufacturing experience setting up progressive or stage tools. Ability to read blueprints and inspect own work at set-up. Experience in metal stamping environment.

Brake Press Set-Up Operator 8/8/2019 2nd shift: Set-up and operate brake presses. Experience running complex bend set-ups and forming operations. Must be able to perform math, and measure part dimensions. Full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part is required.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and excellent benefits package.
