CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPENINGS

1st and 2nd shift: Must be able to build, repair and maintain any and all required tooling for all production departments. Expertise in reading prints, utilizing GD&T. Must be able to utilize surface grinder, radial arm, Bridgeport, horizontal and vertical, EZ trac or digital read outs, band saw, bench lathe and drill press.

1st and 2nd Shift: Unload tables from laser, Pull parts from skeletons and remove laser tabs from parts, Stack parts in even columns and rows to ensure correct counts, Use hand/air grinders, Opererate Tumbling Machines, A genearl knowledge of part finishing for safe handling and/or appearnce

1st Shift: Program and Operate Amada Turret punch press to produce flat metal parts. Min. of 1 yr experience on Amada Turrets. Radan CAM software a plus. Set-up operate turret press. Ability to set up turret using knowledge of die clearances, punch assembly, tool loading and maintenance.

1st Shift: Experience in grinding welded parts to a "Class A" finish. Experience ussing 7, 5, and 2 inch air grinders and 5" vides, Dyno-files. Straight Lining experience.
